Open-plan dining and kitchen with a dark dining table, timber screen and stone wall

Custom furniture · Jamshedpur

Pieces made for the room they live in.

Dining tables, beds, consoles and study units sized to the actual walls — so nothing is a near-miss from a showroom.

The room is the brief, not the showroom.

Showroom furniture is made for a typical room. Your dining alcove is 200mm narrower than typical. The study has to live on a landing. The bed has to clear a wardrobe that is already built. A near-miss from a shop then sits in the space for a decade, always slightly wrong.

We make the piece for the measured room. A table that seats the people who actually eat there and still leaves a walkway; a bed with storage that does not fight the wardrobe; a console that takes the keys and the post without becoming a dump. The finish matches the joinery already in the house, because it is made by the same team.

What's included

One piece or a houseful. Each item is drawn, priced and made on its own — nothing is bundled to fill a factory slot.

  • Dining tables & benchesSized to the alcove, the chairs and the walkway behind
  • Beds & bed-side unitsStorage where it helps; a height that matches the wardrobe plinth
  • Consoles & crockery unitsFor the wall that is too narrow for a bought sideboard
  • Study & work tablesDepth for a screen, cable points, and a drawer that takes the daily mess
  • Window seats & benchesWhere a bought sofa will not fit and a carpenter’s box looks like one
  • Space-saving piecesFold-downs, nested tables, storage in the plinth — only where they earn it
  • Finish matchingThe same timber, laminate or paint family as the rest of the joinery

Made like the rest of the joinery

Same workshop, same hardware standard, same finish schedule. That is why a custom piece sits with the wardrobes instead of fighting them.

Questions we get asked

If yours is not here, ask us directly — we would rather answer it before you commit to anything.

How much does custom furniture cost in Jamshedpur?

It depends on the piece, the timber or laminate, and the hardware. A console is one number; a dining table with benches is another. After we measure the room and agree the drawing, you get a price for that item — not a vague per-square-foot rate that hides the details.

Can you match furniture to modular work you have already done?

Yes, and that is usually why people ask. Same shutter family, same handle, same stain. If the original finish is discontinued we will find the closest match and show you a sample on site before we commit the piece.

Do you do sofas and upholstery?

We will specify size, fabric and a maker, and we will draw the piece against the room. Full upholstery manufacture is not always in-house — we will tell you who is making it and what warranty sits with them, rather than implying every cushion comes from our carpentry shop.

Can you make furniture for a compact 1BHK or 2BHK?

Yes. That is often where custom earns its keep — a dining that folds, a bed with drawers, a study that lives in a corridor. We will only recommend a mechanism if you will actually use it every week. A fold-down that stays folded is a waste of money.

How long does a piece take?

Typically two to four weeks in the workshop after the drawing is approved, then a day to deliver and install. Pieces that go with a larger interior are batched with the wardrobes so you are not living with a finished kitchen and an empty dining alcove.
